Rekindle

Where Allyship Begins

Real change begins with relationships.

Rekindle is a national movement dedicated to strengthening Black-Jewish allyship through courageous conversation, shared learning, and authentic connection. Co-founded by Charmaine Rice and Matthew Fieldman, Rekindle creates spaces where people can ask honest questions, deepen their understanding of one another's histories, and build relationships rooted in trust rather than assumption.

At Challah and Soul, we believe these conversations are essential. Rekindle creates opportunities for people to begin the journey of relational allyship—laying the foundation for the deeper community-building experiences that follow.

Building Relationships That Last

Rekindle is more than a single conversation.

Through facilitated dialogue, educational experiences, and a growing national network of participants, Rekindle equips people to become active allies and bridge builders within their own communities.

The goal isn't simply greater understanding.

It's creating relationships strong enough to withstand difficult conversations and meaningful enough to inspire collective action.
